The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Reporting, this permanent role based in our Dublin office will primarily deal with preparation of Group and subsidiary reporting deliverables, project management of offering memorandum for public debt issuances and the provision of commercial and technical accounting advice on transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting
-Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements of for the Group;
-Production of the quarterly reporting deliverables for the Group and covenant reporting as part of our public debt issuance requirements;
-Preparation of subsidiary financial statements (IFRS and local GAAP). Liaising with external auditors and service providers on the delivery of financial statement audits.

Investor Relations
-Participation in the preparation of the Group`s earnings release materials;
-Preparation of peer analysis commentary for Board of Directors;
-Project management and completion of the offering memorandum for unsecured bond raisings.

Commercial Deal Team Support
-Providing certain technical accounting advice to internal deal teams for various transactions;
-Providing commercial advice around structuring of transactions.

Management Reporting
-Preparation of specific sections for our month end close.

Shareholder Reporting
-Involvement in preparation of PRC GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS Reporting deliverables for the Group for our shareholders;
-Maintaining relationship with and understanding business developments of our shareholders.

The Person:
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail. They will have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and have excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will also be capable of working across time zones, to tight deadlines, and under their own initiative.

Essential Skills and Experience:
-Qualified ACA (1-2 years PQE);
-Excellent excel and modelling skills and ability to project manage required;
-Aviation and/or Sun accounting exposure preferable.
