The Role:
The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the initial scoping and follow-on co-ordination and day-to-day management and execution of technology and process optimization programs aligned to achieving Avolon`s corporate objectives. The role requires prior experience in project management (including technology implementation) and process improvement methodologies to assist with the achievement of our technology and process optimization objectives on an ongoing basis. Prior experience and working knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry is considered an advantage.

Role responsibilities:
-Evaluate business processes and liaise with internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design fit for purpose processes and technology solutions;
-Assist with review of current processes and implementation of optimized processes using process improvement methodologies;
-Assist with implementation of technology solutions using agile development methodologies;
-Manage day to day activities related to technology and process optimization programs, including development and ongoing maintenance of project plans, RAID logs and budgets;
-Liaise with developers and testers on solution testing;
-Co-ordinate day to day development and delivery of technology solutions, extending to end user training and post go live support;
-Mitigate program risks and issues and manage change requests;
-Research technologies and assist with development of project business cases;
-Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Project Management and Technology.

The Person:
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. They will have the foresight to anticipate future challenges and addresses potential risks and issues. This person will be self-motivated, holding themselves accountable, with an ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will have the ability to learn and keep up to date with role-related technical developments, mastering any new technologies and processes. The person will be flexible and adaptable, with and ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders. They will have outstanding communications skills, with an ability to influence and work with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external).

Essential Skills and Experience:
-Relevant third level qualification, with a minimum of two years` experience in a similar role;
-Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies (project management qualification desirable);
-Demonstrable experience in business process and solution design;
-Demonstrable experience in strategic program planning, development, implementation and ongoing management;
-Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry is considered an advantage.
