Vacancy Description

The Role:
We are looking for a bright and ambitious HR Administrator to support our Global HR Team. You will be:

-Supporting the recruitment of graduates and interns at Avolon.
-Partnering with our Communications team to develop recruitment marketing content.
-Acting as first point of contact for the Graduate Programme for internal and external stakeholders.
-Updating and managing the graduate candidate talent pool.
-Assisting with planning and executing the university and graduate recruitment fairs.
-Coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
-Providing administrative and logistical support to the L&D team.
-Manage the migration of HR Documents to a paperless Sharepoint solution
-Ad hoc project and administrative support.


Required:
-Third level qualification in HR or a business-related discipline.
-CIPD accredited
-At least 1-2 years` experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Energetic personality with a passion for HR and L&D
-Excellent and demonstrable communication skills.


Desirable:
-Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint in particular
-Past graduate programme experience (either as a graduate in the programme or coordination of the programme).
