Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management & Technology, the CRM Application Lead will be responsible for the end to end management of the overall Dynamics 365 CRM application, including roadmap definition, technical support and the continued development of services through the Dynamics platform. The successful candidate will act as the Application Owner for Dynamics 365 and should have proven experience in designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics based solutions in the Aircraft Leasing sector.
The individual will work with a team of Dynamics 365 specialists, completing technical and functional tasks, managing projects, and using technical knowledge to deliver on internal initiatives. The Application Lead will ensure alignment between business users, technical teams and external vendors. This is a hands-on, delivery focused role.

Responsibilities:
-Act as a Senior Functional Consultant / "Trusted Advisor" for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application;
-Evaluate business processes and liaise with internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design fit for purpose solutions via Dynamics 365;
-Manage day to day activities related to Dynamics 365 delivery including development and ongoing maintenance of action, RAID logs and budgets;
-Manage and direct the team of Dynamics 365 specialists on an ongoing basis in delivering the required solutions;
-Manage the overall direction of Avolon`s Microsoft Dynamics based solutions through strategic planning and ongoing evaluation;
-Liaise with internal stakeholders to test ongoing development of the solution, extending to UAT and end user experience testing;
-Assess program performance on an ongoing basis and produce weekly reports;
-Mitigate program risks and issues and manage change requests;
-Ensure correct implementation of Dynamics solutions based on Architectural standards definition, compliance and governance;
-Train end-users on the use of Dynamics 365 and act as Level 3 support;
-Liaise with third party suppliers and manage licenses including renewals;
-Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Project Management and Technology

Knowledge and Experience:
-Relevant third level qualification with a minimum of 10-15 years` experience in the IT sector;
-5 + years` experience in managing solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
-Dynamics 365 and ITIL certifications required.
-Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies (project management qualification desirable);
-Demonstrable experience required in the following areas:
-Customisation of CRM 2011, 2013, 2015 and later versions;
-Upgrading Dynamics CRM across versions, including hands-on experience in configuration of the latest version of Dynamics 365;
-Familiarity with the broader Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and SharePoint;
-Development of Plug-ins and Web Services using C# .Net.
-SSRS and T-SQL. Report writing
-JavaScript customizations
-Familiarity with Resco Mobile platform
-Proven software development management experience working with Agile and Waterfall project approaches;
-Proven business analysis experience. The candidate should have a background as an internal or external consultant and must be familiar with Business Analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, BPM and workshop facilitation;
-Experience facilitating UAT and training end-users of varying levels of technical experience;
-Experience leading small teams of developers or support staff;
-Working knowledge of the aircraft leasing sector is essential;
-Demonstrable experience working in the aircraft leasing industry in a similar capacity is considered an advantage;
-Fluency in English.
