Vacancy Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management & Technology, the Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the initial scoping and follow-on co-ordination and day-to-day management and execution of technology and process optimization programs aligned to achieving Avolon`s corporate objectives.

The role requires prior experience in project management (including technology implementation) and Kaizen process improvement methodologies to assist with the achievement of our technology and process optimization objectives on an ongoing basis. Prior experience working in an agile software development environment and working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, PowerApps and project management software is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:
-Evaluate business processes and liaise with internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design fit for purpose processes and technology solutions;
-Assist with review of current processes and implementation of optimized processes using Kaizen process improvement methodologies;
-Assist with implementation of technology solutions (primarily Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint and PowerApps initiatives) using agile development methodologies;
-Manage day to day activities related to technology and process optimization programs, including development and ongoing maintenance of action logs, RAID logs and budgets;
-Liaise with external technology providers to test ongoing development of technology solutions, extending to UAT and end user experience testing;
-Assess program performance on an ongoing basis and produce weekly reports;
-Mitigate program risks and issues and manage change requests;
-Research technologies and assist with development of project business cases; and
-Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Project Management and Technology

Knowledge and Experience:
-Relevant third level qualification with a minimum of two years` experience in a similar role;
-Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies (project management qualification desirable);
-Demonstrable experience in business process mapping and optimization. Familiarity with Kaizen process improvement methodologies is essential;
-Demonstrable experience in strategic program planning, development, implementation and ongoing management;
-Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint and PowerApps is required;
-Proven experience working in an Agile environment; and
-Working knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry is considered an advantage.
