The Role:

Avolon is appointing an Executive Assistant to our Dublin office.

Core Duties:

-Managing the administration of the function in a dynamic team environment.
-Coordinating the new starter and leaver process within the function.
-Preparation of ppt presentations, managing trackers using Excel, amending and formatting Word documents.
-Coordination of document signing.
-Travel coordination and logistics.
-Overseeing the invoice process.
-Management and distribution of work flow reports.
-Coordination and management of team meetings and events.
-Ad hoc administration duties.

The Person:

You will be driven, focussed, and resourceful as well as being an excellent relationship builder. You will always act with integrity and model your own behaviour to the highest standard. You will represent Avolon in a transparent and honest manner setting a strong example for others to follow. You will be keen to work in a fast-paced environment, able to efficiently manage competing priorities and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within Avolon and externally.

Essential Skills and Experience:

-University degree.
-At least two years` experience working in a business or corporate environment in an Office Administrator or PA role.
-Advanced MS Office skills and experience with SharePoint and Adobe.
-Experience in effective meeting management and coordination.
-Excellent time management and organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Previous experience of managing multiple relationships and working in a global firm.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to work under own initiative and take ownership of area of responsibility.
-Demonstrable experience of continuous process improvement.
